This April, my family moved to a bigger house from community of Shawnessy to Sundance. We were fortunate to have Peter Kusch as our realtor.

This is the second time that we have used the services of Peter Kusch.

The first time was a couple years ago to sell our first house. He came up to the door and told us that he was positive that he could sell our house. We were quite leery, because the first real estate agent just listed our home and did nothing else. With Peter he not only listed our house, he had "Open Houses" as well as brought numerous potential buyers into to look at our house.

Within 2 weeks our house was sold.

When we decided to sell out second home, Peter was instrumental in selling it in less than 48 hours.

My husband and I are getting close to our retirement age and just like many people at this age, we were thinking about investing for our golden years. I was very cautious about investing in real estate mostly because of the hot market and the affect it might have on the buyers. Buying or selling your home can be a stressful and emotional time. Making sure you have a professional realtor in your corner is essential.

When I was preparing to sell my home I interviewed a total of seven realtors before I chose Peter Kusch.

 Peter Kusch was the most professional and knowledgeable of all the realtors that I interviewed. Peter works very hard for his clients and he thoroughly understands the Calgary market.

Peter was the only realtor that I interviewed that took the time to personally view all the competing listings in my neighbourhood so we would know exactly what we were dealing with.  He also had connections to professional trades people who were able to help me get my property in tiptop shape for a very reasonable price before I listed it.

 There is not enough words to express our home buying experience with Peter Kusch.  He turned the agent-buyer-seller relationship into deep level friendship.  We will never forget Peter wherever we live!  We found a realtor who is a cut above the rest. We are writing this letter to express our appreciation for the work Peter Kusch did in order to complete the sale of our property in Calgary earlier this year.

After a less than stellar experience with another realtor, we engaged Peter to represent us. He was professional in all his dealings and was pleasant, knowledgeable, easily available and responsive to us.

After doing updated research, due to the changing market conditions, we had to reduce our asking price from our original listing. Peter was able to sell our house at the full asking price within two weeks of listing - not easy task in the tough, slow real estate market.

Peter referred us to a lawyer to handle the legal closing aspects. Between Peter and the lawyer, they facilitated the transition of ownership quickly and efficiently, making it much easier for us.

We had been trying for almost 2 years to sell our house in Calgary when we met Peter Kusch

Peter introduced himself and left a business card, which by good chance we kept. When we called Peter to ask for an appraisal we were surprised at how quickly he responded and at the very professional package of information that he gave us.

Within 24 hours of accepting Peter's offer of services there was a showing and the showings kept on coming. This was not like all the previous realtors we had used where the showings numbered about 4 a month.

We were putting our house on the market at what was considered not too good a time to sell, but we had 3 offers and last offer was accepted on the 59 day of our contract. By day 71 the "Sold" sign was on our front lawn.

Peter is professional, courteous and polite and a pleasure to do business with. He is honest and will tell you "how it is" not "what you want to hear". He will work diligently and put your interests first.

As far as we are concerned, you could not do better than to utilize the services offered by Peter Kusch, any other realtors you have tried pale into the background in comparison. Peter also has a great team behind him.
